Night Will Fall

Night Will Fall

(2014)

In the small, isolated town of Eldridge Hollow, darkness isn’t just a time of day; it’s a sinister force that gradually envelops the community. As the annual Harvest Festival approaches, the locals eagerly prepare to celebrate their traditions. However, when strange occurrences begin to unsettle the town—cattle disappearing, crops wilting overnight, and whispers of an old folklore awaken—the residents quickly realize that something malevolent stirs just beneath the surface.

At the heart of the story is Clara, an intrepid photojournalist returning to her hometown after years away. Burdened by the tragic loss of her younger brother during the harvest festival years ago, Clara is haunted by memories and unanswered questions. Determined to uncover the truth about her brother’s disappearance, she begins investigating the town’s eerie happenings, enlisting the help of Jonah, her childhood friend who now runs a local hardware store. Jonah is deeply rooted in the community, carrying the weight of their shared past and reluctant to believe Clara’s suspicions about dark forces at play.

As Clara delves deeper, she discovers the town’s unsettling history tied to an ancient curse, one that seems to awaken with the onset of autumn’s chill. Eldridge Hollow, once vibrant and full of life, is now plagued by its shadows. Clara must face the town’s elders, who refuse to acknowledge the growing threat, and wrestle with a truth that may tear her from the memories of her brother—while uncovering long-buried secrets that some would kill to protect.

As sinister events escalate and the line between reality and the supernatural blurs, Clara and Jonah must rally the town against their fears and confront the darkness that has come to claim Eldridge Hollow. Through haunting imagery and unraveling suspense, “Night Will Fall” explores themes of grief, resilience, and the consequences of confronting one’s past. With time running out, Clara discovers that in the face of evil, the only way to hope for dawn is to confront the night, where long-held truths will light the way to salvation or doom.
